Unbeatable and amazing location close to everything in the old part of Hanoi, easy to get around. Situated very close to restaurants and shops, and even a side alley.

Delicious breakfast with a variety of local Vietnamese dishes, so many choices to pick from, and they keep the coffee flowing non-stop! ☕

Great location and great service

In general: The room was clean and comfortable. The family room was a better option as the room was bigger. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We booked a tour to Sapa through the hotel and we received all that they promised and didn't feel exploited. Free good reception WIFI in rooms. Location and surroundings: Located in the old quarter only a short walk to the lake. Service: Exceptional. Dining: Breakfast only but they serve both western and Vietnamese. Room: Not grand but clean and good value compared to Australia. Useful tips: Never leave your hotel without a map which the hotel supplies.

The hotel is located in the most historical centre, close to all sights.

Nicely decorated room with a sensational breakfast included. Very clean beds and a multi-channel TV, a dining area and a seating area. Great cental and top location near Hoan Kiem Lake. Set near a cathedral and a main street.

The hotel's location is stunning, situated next door to Hoan Kiem Lake. the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and a train station. - the deluxe twin room was a great choice with a good price and breakfast included. - the showers at the hotel are great. - the room comes equipped with an electric kettle, fridge, and glassware.

Staff was very friendly and supportive. Free internet access. In principle good rooms but...

Central location but in an alley way in the backpackers area, with no direct access for taxis. No air condition in the communal areas and only fan in breakfast room. In the evenings parking of mopeds in corridor opposite the lift. Very poor breakfast. Rooms are fine and air-conditioned but furniture already worn and damaged. The most serious problems are the cleanliness of bedlinens and towels (no duvet; greyish, rather than white, some holes and stains) and the lack of privacy (hole in the wall between neighbouring bathrooms, you hear your neighbours brush their teeth.

This place is centrally located, just a short walk from the lake, church, plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and new. Free unlimited internet access, which is a plus point.

As for me location is great and brilliant, short walk to many many stores, and the bus station. Stuff is great and you can park your car nearby. The units are reasonably spacious for a good price-breakfast included.
